Company is seeking experienced drivers to deliver products and goods to customers along planned route in a safe, timely and efficient manner to maintain exceptional delivery accuracy. As a Dispatcher this position will provide key support to the truckers to assist with loads, update driver’s status in system and other duties, not limited to.

Responsibilities for this Dispatch job include:

After-Hours Dispatch
· Candidate will answer questions via phone and email from drivers, customers, and management about shipment arrivals, delays, schedules, pickup numbers, etc.
· Candidate will update driver statuses in our operating system so our customers can receive real-time updates of shipment data

Breakdown
· Candidate will answer phone calls and emails from drivers, dispatchers, customers, and management regarding equipment failure and roadside repairs.
· Candidate will help print, code, and prepare invoices for accounts receivable
 

Qualifications:

· Have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge (websites and email)

· Able to multi-task during high volume times and help others during slow volume times  | EOE
